Rates for Tillamook Wilson River A-frame and Nehalem Rental

Rates: Off Peak: Dec. 1 – April 30: $110 per night, (for the Nehalem Rental) and $125 (for the Tillamook Rental) with the 7th night for free with the 7th night for free

Peak: May 1 – Nov. 31: $135 per night, (for the Nehalem Rental) and $140 (for the Tillamook Rental) with the 7th night for free

50% deposit required upon booking,
balance paid 7 days prior to arrival.

$60 cleaning fee for all rentals.

We accept cash and checks only, no credit cards.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund within 30 days.
50% refund within 5 days.

Policies

We have a few standard policies for our guests to be aware
of when planning  a stay at the Wilson River A-frame, these include:

No Smoking

Sorry, No Pets in the house 
*Exceptions can be made for well-behaved house dogs

Please remove their own garbage and
 flush only toilet paper down the toilet

Maximum of 6 people
